2. Property Management

Oceanwide Property Management (OPM) mainly provides services on property management and house rental. As a certified first-grade property management company with ISO9002 verification, the company manages property of over 100,000 square meters, which include a sample sub-district of state-level, several excellently managed sub-districts of provincial level.

In 2007, OPM increased its registered capital to 50 million Yuan.
