Oceanwide Elite Plaza
Oceanwide Elite Plaza (Qingdao),
situated in east Qingdao’s New Town Area, is a high-class international
residential project by OCG. Its neighbors include Qingdao municipal
government, May
4th Plaza, Qingdao University, the sailboat field
for 2008 Olympics etc. The plaza occupies 35598.3 square meters. The first
part of the plaza was completed in 2001, including 5 apartments of 28
stories and a community service center of 5 stories. It was marked as
Trustable Apartments in 2002 and National Model of Property
Management by National Construction Ministry in 2003. The second part of
the plaza, Oceanwide International Shopping Center, will have 75,000 square
meters of floor area, which will be a landmark on Fuzhou South Road, a road
built for 2008 Olympics.
