Oceanwide International Residential District (Beijing)

     Oceanwide International Residential District (OIRD) is seated near the 3^rd embassy zone and Beijing’s three international business zones - Beijing CBD, Lido, and Yansha. It is designed to occupy 330 acres of land, of which two thirds will be green land. Besides, Chaoyang Park and a large sports park are neighbored to OIRD. OIRD has been designed to integrate six independent yet conjunct sections of different functions, namely residence, entertainment, commerce, education, sports and garden, which will make it a large multi-functional zone of international, ecological and metropolitan features.
