1. In 1987, we invested in and constructed Weifang Sci-Tech Tower.

2. In 1992, we invested in and constructed Oceanwide Elite Plaza.

3. In 1994, we founded Weifang Bohai University.

4. In 1995, we established GuangCai Investment Group.

5. In 1996, we participated in the founding of China Minsheng Bank, China’s first private-owned joint-stock commercial bank.

6. In 2002, we participated in the establishment of Minsheng Life Insurance, China’s first private-owned joint-stock life insurance company.

7. In 2002, we invested in Minsheng Securitiy and Haitong Security, and we also established Minsheng Pawn Broking and Minsheng Insurance Broking.

8. In 2002, we began to invested in and develop Wuhan Wangjiadun CBD, which is COHG’s virgin show in developing a CBD in a metropolitan, symbolizing COHG’s strategic transition from mono-functional real estate projects development to the regional development projects of multi-functions.

9. In 2003, we invested in the development of Beijing’s largest CBD community – Oceanwide International Residential District.

10.By the March of 2006, Oceanwide Construction (listed as 000046 at Shenzhen Stock Exchange)had completed its reform on non-tradable shares. In December, it further issued 400 million shares to specific investors. Oceanwide Construction has been the only platform for COHG’s real estate development since then.

11. In May 2006, Mr. Zhiqiang Lu was elected vice chairman of All-China Federation Of Industry & Commerce

12. In July 2006, Mr. Zhiqiang Lu was elected vice chairman of the board of China Minsheng Bank.

13. In September 2006, Oceanwide International Residential District witnessed its grand opening.

14. In October 2006, Glory China Center (Hangzhou) was founded.

15. In November 2006, COHG-sponsored Oceanwide Tower for Fudan University was finished, which was another charity move underlining COHG’s social responsibility and contribution to the society.

16. In December 2006, The Road, the first film that we invested in, won three prizes on the 30th Cairo International Film Fest for the best film, the best actress and the best actor.

17. In December 2006, China Oceanwide, our internal magazine, won such prizes as the best enterprise magazine and the award for corporate culture construction. It was China Oceanwide’s fourth consecutive win for the best enterprise magazine.

18. In early February of 2007, OCG held a four-day annual conference at Hainan province, where the guiding principle for 2007 was raised as adjusting our business structure, converging all available resources, improving internal management, consolidating the basis on which we stand, and building efficient & effective platforms.

19. On May 23, 2007, Oceanwide Energy Investment (Baotou) Co. Ltd was founded, symbolizing Oceanwide’s entry into energy sector.

20. On May 25th 2007, OCG (000046) was elected Top 100 for market capitalization, Top 100 for growth, Top 100 for return by China Security Newspaper for the year of 2006.

21. On June 12, 2007, 000046 was declared to be included in the sample stocks for Shanghai & Shenzhen 300 Stock Index.
